Awaken your mind and body to a new level and learn how to practice meditation in motion.

Agenda
- Introduction, teachings and Q&A (10–15 min)
- Breathing (5 min)
- Mudras (Shambavi and Kechari), energy alignment and prayers (5 min)
- Asanas – meditation in motion (50 min)
- Relaxation (10 min)
- Closing prayers
Amrit, Kripalu & Ashtanga Yoga
This yoga lineage is designed to help you cultivate a conscious connection and integration of body, mind, heart, and spirit.
You will learn and practice Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga:
- Yama: universal ethics
- Niyama: personal observances
- Asana: physical postures
- Pranayama: breath
- Pratyahara: withdrawal of the senses
- Dharana: concentration
- Dhyana: meditation
- Samadhi: tranquility, spiritual illumination, union in one’s Divine Source
What to Expect
You’ll primarily work with the Amrit posture sequence, gentle vinyasa flows, and extended posture holds.
Explore the deepest levels of body, mind, and spirit using:
- Clear intention
- Breath
- Meditative awareness
- Conscious integration
You’ll learn to:
- Balance your nervous system using the “first half” (doing) and “second half” (being) of each posture
- Feel the energetic effects of every movement
- Meet your physical and mental “edge” to release deep tensions and restore the natural flow of life force energy (prana)
Class Level
Suitable for all levels with some experience. A basic familiarity with yoga and postures is recommended.
Attending Class
- Connect on Zoom 10 minutes before class begins
- Silence your phone
- Wear comfortable clothing (barefoot recommended)
- Avoid eating 1.5 to 2 hours prior
- Recommended: yoga mat, blocks, blankets, and straps
