Awakening Your Feminine Heart
Women of Nelson, welcome to this 4 hour event to support your embodiment, self trust and sensuality. To deepen your intuition, connect to your feminine heart and sisterhood.
You’ll be guided through an opening women's circle to connect and ground in. Then we drop into our bodies with guided movement and embodiment processes. A cultivation of our own power and sensitivity to pleasure then anchoring into breathwork. Ending with integration and a closing women’s circle.
Held by Rosie and Loren - two highly trained and established women known for holding space with integrity.

BRING: Water, yoga mat, blanket, pen and journal, wear clothes you feel comfortable in

Contraindications: Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release. As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices.
It is crucial that you inform your breathwork practitioner if any of the following conditions are relevant to you:
- Pregnancy (at any stage), severe PTSD or trauma, recent surgery, detached retina, glaucoma, kidney disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack or stroke, aneurysm in the brain or abdomen, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, diabetes, epilepsy, history of seizures
- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
Q: What is breathwork?
A: This conscious connected breathwork is a specific breathing technique which has a whole range of benefits including, releasing trauma, letting go of past hurts, health benefits, access creative ideas and tap into your inner knowing. The 60min breathwork journey itself is done laying down with eyes closed and is guided with a music playlist specifically curated for the event.
Q: What can I expect?
A: You’ll arrive and be welcomed in. We’ll start with a womens circle then guided through some embodiment/movement practises then a guided conscious connected breathwork journey. We’ll close with another circle for integration and to close the space.
Q: I have one or more of the listed contraindications - what should I do?
A: Email or message Rosie or Loren to let them know what these are and they will let you know if they can offer adjustments so you can attend, a 1:1 private session is more suitable or if it’s not the right time for you.
Q: Is there a minimum age to be able to come?
A: Yes, this is an R18 event. Breathwork is safe for younger ones but is best in a 1:1 session
Q: I'm not sure I can come this day, when will be the next one?
A: This is the only one planned atm so it might be your only chance to experience this.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No we don't offer refunds however you can transfer your ticket to a friend or family up to 12 hours before the event and let me know by email to loren@lorenhoney.com with your order # to confirm. Within 12 hours or less of the event, tickets are non-transferable to a later date and non-refundable. Your purchase of ticket/s indicates your awareness and agreement to this.
Lorens Bio
Loren Honey is an internationally sought-after intuitive life coach, breathworker, menstrual cycles teacher, yin yoga teacher and published author. She’s highly trained and embodies what she teaches with integrity being her guiding value. Loren is known for her grounded and intuitive approach, mixing together her fire, flow and sovereignty within a brave and sacred space. Her electric vision in creating alchemical spaces for humans is unlike others. Weaving together her Māori lineage and Te Ao Māori worldview within the spaces she holds, Loren creates a nurturing space for her clients to find their own unique way of being in the world. Loren aims to help those sharing space with her to access their own inner GPS system - their intuition - and connect the mind with the body.
Rosies Bio
Rosie is a birth worker, feminine guide and holistic practitioner of several modalities. She works with women to liberate and empower themselves and each other through connection and somatic practices. Trained in birth trauma healing, naturopathy, somatic sexuality & intimacy coaching the practice of which took her on a journey deep into the rhythms, stories and wisdom of the womb. Her path has exposed her to many modalities & traditions including yoga, tantra, Mayan bodywork, ritual and ceremony.
Rosie holds a consistent loving presence inviting the supportive space for women and mothers to remember how innately wise, powerful, radiant and connected we really are. We do this best together through ritual and remembrance. The wisdom of our wombs is central to this work.
