In our fast-paced world, it's easy to lose touch with the vibrant life within us. The distractions of the external world often overshadow the inner magic that resides in each of us. But we have a profound solution for you.

Introducing "Awakening Your Inner Essence," a transformative workshop designed to align your mind, heart, and body, allowing you to connect with your true self and experience a more fulfilling life. In this workshop, you'll gain hands-on techniques and practices to transition your nervous system from a state of stress to one of relaxation, tranquillity, and happiness.

Here's what you can expect:

Through the power of breathwork, sound therapy, somatic movement, guided meditation, EFT Tapping, TRE Release, Kundalini bodywork, and body de-armouring, we will guide you on a journey of self-discovery and transformation. This workshop is about regulating your nervous system, releasing stress, tension, anxiety, and emotional blocks while reconnecting with your inner joy.

Join us for a transformative and uplifting experience filled with the ceremony of self-discovery, healing, and renewal. You'll leave this workshop feeling reinvigorated, reconnected with your inner essence, and equipped with the tools to lead a life filled with joy and meaning.

How To Prepare for Your Workshop Experience:

Please remember that it is of the utmost importance that you take care of your body, respect your needs and be comfortable. Wear loose comfortable clothing to ensure ease of movement. Dress in light layers. 

To make the most of this session, please follow these guidelines:

  • For optimal energy flow, avoid heavy meals before the workshop. Opt for light eating on the day and refrain from eating within 2 hours of the class. Morning coffee is acceptable if it's part of your routine. If you practice yoga or exercise, consider doing hip openers beforehand.
  • Approach the workshop with an open mind and heart, allowing the magic to unfold naturally. Consider what you'd like to gain from the session; setting a positive intention can be a powerful tool. If you're unsure, start by writing down things you'd like to let go of. 
  • Bring water to stay hydrated, a journal to record your insights, a blanket, a blindfold,  an open mind, and an open heart.

My name is Aneta Siedlecka, a Holistic Transformational Coach. I help my clients to find out who they really are underneath all of the limiting programs, patterns of behaviour, wounds from the past, and disconnection from the essence of who you really are.

I teach clients how to live an authentic and empowered life by integrating more holistic approaches to life and business. In my work, I use a fusion of therapy, coaching, somatic experiencing, energy psychology, and spiritual empowerment. I provide practical tools and techniques that combine ancient and modern wisdom. This process reveals what might be limiting or holding you back by integrating your mind, body, and soul energy.

My education includes a Master's Degree in Marketing and Management, Master Personal Trainer, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner, and Advanced Energy Practitioner in Reiki, Prana, and Theta, EFT tapping, Emotion Code, Business Kinesiology, TRE trauma release practitioner. I am also a Kundalini bodyworker and body de-armouring advanced level. I am a former competitive athlete with over 14 years of experience in the health and wellness arena.
