Aware Mothers Circle (Southside)
Event description
Hello and Welcome,
You are invited to come and sit in circle with other Mother's who are taking the journey of raising their babies and children with awareness.
This is a sacred space for aware mothers to meet on a monthly basis to witness, share and support one another.
The circle is a space to be held, nourished and heard through sharing what is deep within your heart. If you feel called to share the space is yours, but if you wish to sit and hold the space for others this is fine too. You are encouraged to connect with your intuition and flow with whatever resonates with you in that moment.
Light snacks and drinks will be provided. You are welcome to bring something to share with others as well.
What to expect:
- Acknowledgement of country
- Grounding in and introduction
- Sharing on our Aware Parenting journey
- Deeper share, mirroring, reflections, empathy and support
- Closing circle with light meditation
- Babes in arms are welcome!
