Dear mothers,

I've listened to the call and I hear you. After so many mums reached out to me saying "Where's the community? Where are all the mothers practising Aware Parenting?!" I opened my ears and I hear you.

I know this feeling all too well, practising Aware Parenting in my home and feeling so desperate to connect with other mums on a similar journey to me. This is one of the reasons I became an instructor, so I could create spaces that support mums to build friendships, have spaces to feel and to create community.

With this in mind, I feel deeply called to hold a monthly circle to foster these connections and to support you all to feel less alone.

My intention for this circle is to offer you:

- An opportunity for you to share on specific Aware Parenting topics.

- Open sharing for what is happening for you and is alive in the moment.

- Practising vulnerability, sharing openly, receiving support and reflection if it feels aligned.

- Empathic and heart centred listening and deep connection.

- A space where all emotions are invited, encouraged, held and loved.

- A light guided meditation to practise being present in your body and connecting within to allow the feelings and emotions to come into circle

This space dear mother is for you, all of you, to come inside the village, to be held and witnessed on your Aware Parenting journey. When mothers come together we can feel the energy, the magic and we begin to learn how to sit with other women in spaces. We were never meant to do this alone, and that's why I'm inviting you into this sacred space and community.
