Event description

Awareaway is regrouping to host a big day of gourd workshops, delicious food, gourd wares for sale and live music. All proceeds raised will be redistributed to families in Gaza and local First Nations mutual aid projects.

Attendance is free, but we encourage you to give a donation on the day, buy some gourd products and/or pay to attend one of our gourd workshops which we are hosting in-kind (select a workshop ticket at checkout)

If you choose to attend one of our gourd-crafting workshops, you'll be guided through the soothing and fun process of crafting a gourd into a planter, or a set of earrings, or whatever your mind comes up with! All with gourds that we lovingly grew here in Naarm.

Also on offer will be food in the form of lunch and tasty treats, all by donation. As well as an array of gourd products, grown and crafted by Awareaway, here in Naarm

Live music: Olivia and Miguel.
