However, hopefully many of us have also experienced that training course where we have come out inspired, invigorated and ready to implement what we’ve learnt!

Kylie Ledger has been a trainer/assessor for nearly 20 years, delivering skills in business management, administration, high risk safety, first aid, firefighting and leadership. She currently works for Royal Lifesaving, the NSW Rural Fire Service, and is an Adjunct Academic at the University of Newcastle in the post-graduate Disaster Risk Reduction and Sustainable Development program.
