It can be as simple as learning how to pay attention to the most ordinary aspects of life.

Come learn and practice how to notice the trees in your local neighbourhood in a new way. How to listen to the languages of birds. How to fall in love with moss. It can be as simple as taking out your headphones, looking up, and noticing the details of the world around you.
