'Off The Beaten Track' AWEMS Conference will take place in nipaluna/Hobart, lutruwita/Tasmania from the 27th-28th November 2025 with optional pre-conference workshops on 26th. This is our 5th annual conference and we are thrilled to welcome you all back to Hobart again.

Join us in November to hear from an inspiring line-up of speakers who will be presenting on a wide range of topics in wilderness and expedition medicine including: humanitarian healthcare, hypothermic cardiac arrest management, the Franklin River rescue, altitude medicine, hydration management, endurance event medicine, analgesia in the wilderness, polar medicine and more!
