AWG Vic Halloween Special: 100 Bloody Acres, with writer/directors The Cairnes Brothers

With the Spooky season approaching, join us for a special private screening of classic Aussie comedy horror 100 Bloody Acres, the debut feature from Colin and Cameron Cairnes (Scare Campaign, Late Night With The Devil). The film will be followed by a Q&A with the writer/directors as they dissect how it feels to watch their early work in front of an audience for the first time in years!

If you haven't seen the film, here's a little hint of what you're in for:
Stuggling organic fertilizer-manufacturing brothers Reg (Damon Herriman) and Lindsay (Angus Sampson) have been secretly relying on car crash victims in order to keep their business afloat. But 'ingredients' have been hard to come by recently, and things are looking dire - until  Reg stumbles upon three music festival goers stranded on a remote country road. Reg cooks up a radical solution to their problem - and a way of finally gaining the respect of his bossy big brother - but it's going to be a bloody, gruesome, and hilarious journey to the finish line.
