Join us at the AWIMAR International Women in Mining and Resources Congress – Forging the Future, where industry leaders, advocates and changemakers from Australia and around the world will come together to explore practical solutions for advancing gender inclusion across the mining and resources sector.

Building on the success of the AWIMAR National Roundtable initiative, this inaugural Congress will connect Women in Mining (WIM) leaders, chapters, allies and key industry stakeholders to share insights, showcase initiatives and collaborate on the priorities that will shape a more inclusive future.

With a strong focus on action, collaboration and meaningful connection, attendees will have the opportunity to engage with national and international speakers, expand their networks and contribute to conversations that drive lasting change across our industry.

The Congress is an in-person event, to be held on Monday 26 October 2026 in Sydney, Australia, as a sideline event to IMARC. Proudly presented by AWIMAR and generously hosted by EY, the event will take place in EY's Sydney offices overlooking the iconic Sydney Harbour.
