Workshop | Ayesha Green

Join us for a special painting workshop with artist Ayesha Green!

In this workshop, we will honour the lives of our ancestors by transforming them into a painted memorial statue.

Statues are a way to honour someone's achievements, to tell histories and as a way to mark territory and define communities. In this workshop, we will develop skills in paint layering techniques, learn how to draw illustrations from photographs, and how to work with paint close in hue.

Please bring a photograph of your chosen ancestor/family member, and their name and address.
