What if the future of wellbeing isn't about doing more... but about coming back to what truly matters?

To connection.

To community.

To nature.

To nourishment.

To prevention.

To living in greater harmony with ourselves and the world around us.

Why practitioners and community members should attend!

We invite interested community members to come and meet like-minded practitioners who share a passion for integrative, preventative and sustainable approaches to wellbeing.

We have 2 exciting Keynote Speakers for you...

KEYNOTE SPEAKER:

Cassy Petho

Senior Project Officer for the Dept for Water and Environment

Sustainability and environmental protection have always been very important to me which has been reflected in both my personal life and professional career. I have worked in the promotion of sustainability in hospitality, legislative reform and the implementation of environmental projects.

I believe that openness and conversation are the fundamental drivers of positive change and love to hear the different perspectives that people have to offer.

EVENT HOST & KEYNOTE SPEAKER:

Dr Nigam Paudel

SA AAA State Representative

At the heart of Ayurveda is the belief that our health and the environment around us are inseparable.
With a background in Ayurvedic Medicine and Global Health, I recognise how ancient principles like the five elements and seasonal living continue to offer practical wisdom for living in balance with nature.

In this session, I’ll explore how Ayurveda’s core teachings connect to sustainability and what this ancient science offers as a path toward a healthier future for people and the planet.

Come with your knowledge. Come with your curiosity. Come ready to connect.

Because when practitioners and community come together, our collective wisdom becomes greater than any one modality.

In Memory of Dr Krishna Kumar

One year on, we will honour not only the man, but the wisdom he generously shared and the many lives that continue to carry that wisdom forward.
