Ayurveda for Everyday Life - A Nourishing Introduction
Join us for a soulful, down-to-earth introduction to the ancient healing system of Ayurveda — the sister science to yoga.
In this 4-hour workshop, you'll be guided through a practical and inspiring exploration of Ayurvedic wisdom, designed to support balance in your daily rhythms. Whether you're brand new or already familiar with Ayurveda, this is a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with your body and learn how to bring ease, vitality, and intentionality into your life.
Together we'll explore:
• Meditation and gentle grounding movement
• A brief history and philosophy of Ayurveda
• The three Doshas and your unique constitution
• Simple rituals for daily self-care
• How to intuitively build a nourishing Ayurvedic meal
You'll enjoy a wholesome Ayurvedic lunch, soothing teas, and time to reflect in a cozy, supportive space.

Allison, most recently from the island of Oahu, HI has been a student of Ayurveda since 2016. Studied under Banyan Botanicals, Katie Rose, and Myra Lewin, she has been facilitating workshops on Ayurveda and has worked as an Ayurvedic chef in Hawai'i for the last 4 years. She is a student of ancestral plant medicine, yoga and the Vedic sciences.

Paige is passionate about exploring movement as medicine and utilising esoteric systems of self-knowledge to heal and expand the self. She has 6 years of experience as a certified Yoga Teacher (INSPYA, Byron Bay and Hatha Yoga World, India). Paige also practices Abhyanga Massage, has trained in Manasomatic Energy Healing, Western Tropical Astrology and Human Design. Paige is currently exploring feminine centred Ayurveda through teachings from the Shakti School and Katie (Bhakti) Rose and is excited to guide others in embodying the powerful healing practises and wisdom of Ayurveda
