During this seasonal transition it is important to feast on plenty of fresh, late summer harvests. We are so blessed to be cooking up produce from a local sisters' garden.

Promoting warmth, grounding, moisture and a touch of spice through medicine food, yoga, self massage & community.

Starting with a gentle walk, finishing around the table here on Darkinoong & Guringai lands.
