This workshop gives you the chance to step back from the pace of everyday life and explore the practical, life enhancing wisdom of Yoga and Ayurveda — two traditions that support balance, clarity, and purposeful living.

You will learn the foundations of everyday Ayurveda — not doshas or complex Ayurvedic theory — but the practical, intuitive wisdom that helps you understand what your body and mind need to thrive. You’ll learn to read your own inner signals, recognise what truly supports you, and make small daily shifts that uplift your wellbeing and the wellbeing of those you love. In a world full of conflicting wellness advice, Ayurveda and Yoga Wisdom Living brings us back to the ancient principles of living in harmony with nature — simple truths that anyone can learn, and that make modern life feel clearer, steadier, and more aligned.

Whether you’re new to Ayurveda and Yoga or already weaving them into your life, you’ll gain fresh insight into how simple, manageable shifts in lifestyle, environment, and nourishment can transform your wellbeing.

Your day will be supported by meditation, breathwork, movement, and a soothing abhyanga head massage.

Part 1: Understanding the Unique Climate of Your Body and Mind

We begin with mindful movement to release tension and settle the mind. From there, we explore the foundations of Ayurveda and Yoga — in clear, accessible language — to understand the unique climate of your body and mind. You’ll learn and understand the meaning of your inner landscape — how it forms, how it shifts, and how it influences your digestion, mood, sleep, focus, immunity, and vitality.

Together, we’ll explore — and you will map your learnings:

• your personal inner “climate” and how it shifts

• the elements and energies that shape your inner world

• deep awareness of daily phases and how they influence your energy, clarity, digestion, and rest

• circadian rhythms, solar and lunar phases, and their powerful impact on your day and night

o the solar phase as your natural “doing” time — energy, activity, digestion

o the lunar phase as your natural “slowing” time — rest, reflection, emotional steadiness

• the impact of life cycles in every area of life — yours and those close to you — and how to navigate them with steadiness and understanding

• your microbiome as your inner army, and its relationship with stress, anxiety, depression, and fear — and importantly, what you can do to support it

• how digestive strength fuels your entire system — energy, mood, immunity, clarity — and the simple ways you can support and strengthen it daily

You’ll also learn foundational daily practices that support healing, clarity, and energy from within.

Part 2: Yogic Living & Intuitive Nourishment

In the second half, we shift into yogic living and intuitive practices that support everyday wellbeing. This is where you begin putting your knowledge into practice — reflecting, making shifts that work for you, and integrating these principles into your daily life.

Together, we explore:

• meditation and breath work to cultivate inner nourishment

• your relationship with food and how to make intuitive, supportive changes

• mindful eating: what to eat, when to eat, and how to eat for optimal digestion

• hydration, digestive alignment, and gut supportive habits

• opportunities for reflection, guidance, and making meaningful shifts in your daily life

• practical tools to bring balance into daily living with ease

• a gentle guided soothing head massage practice to supporting grounding

You’ll map out your own nourishment plan and leave with clear, personalised steps to support your wellbeing.
