We're back with Bowl and Arrow yoga! It's been soo long since we've hosted an event and we can't wait to see you all again. Led by Mari, our fave yogi, we have three Friday morning classes for you in the lead up to Christmas. Topped off with your choice of smoothie bowl of course! Yoga will be 45 minutes, from 7am-7.45am, and we will bring the smoothie bowls to you when the class finishes. 

Come to one, two or all three classes of the series - it's up to you. Now that the rules are changing - the class will be still be held at the Martyn Wilson Field near Orakei Bay Village (see map), unless it is wet weather, in that case we will use the common area inside Orakei Bay Village (right next to Bowl and Arrow). 

We will now have a limit of 35 people, and we encourage you to bring your own yoga mat - we will have a few spare for those who don't have one.

We will send out an email the day before to let you know which location we will be using! If we are outside, we would recommend bringing a towel to pop underneath your yoga mat as the grass can be quite damp at that time in the morning.
