Gratitude and Update on Karl's Fundraiser Event

Dear Donors/Supporters,

I hope this letter finds you well. First and foremost, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who contributed to our fundraiser for Karl's medical treatment. Your generosity and support have touched our hearts in ways we cannot adequately express.

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that despite our best efforts, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel the fundraiser event scheduled for Saturday, March 16th, at Bay Oval Players Lounge. Unfortunately, we did not receive the necessary number of attendees to make the auction and event viable. However, please know that your kindness and willingness to stand with Karl during this challenging time have not gone unnoticed.

Although the event cannot proceed as planned, Karl's need for medical assistance remains urgent. In light of this, we are exploring alternative avenues to continue our fundraising efforts.

We kindly request that you inform us of your preference regarding the auction items and tickets. If you wish to have your auction items returned or tickets refunded, please let us know as soon as possible. Alternatively, if you would like us to proceed with auctioning the items on TradeMe or entering your $100 ticket into the draw for the Harley Davidson Night Rod, please indicate your preference.
