B Corp Certification In a World of Changing Climate & ESG Regulation

To coincide with B Corp Month 2025, this event welcomes both certified B Corps and those considering B Corp certification (or currently on their journey) to come together and unpack the changing role of the B Corp movement in a rapidly changing regulatory environment. 

This event will comprise a candid presentation and discussion on the different ESG regulations and mandatory reporting requirements across Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, Canada, Europe, UK, Canada, and the USA, with a particular focus on how we're seeing organisations prepare in these regions and the opportunities and challenges they are encountering along the way. 

The discussion will also unpack how the current (BIA v6) and incoming draft B Corp standards align with these emerging regulations (including the ASRS AASB S2 Climate-related Financial Disclosures standard) and the ways we're seeing B Corps preparing to meet their new legal sustainability reporting requirements alongside B Corp certification. 

Rewild Agency are delighted to host this event at Sanders Place in Richmond, where light refreshments will be provided. We will also be joined by Tai Lennon, Managing Director of Climate Zero and Yvonne Barrett, Founder and Principal of Responsible Business Consultants. 

The format of the event will be as follows:

• 5:30pm - 5:45pm - Arrival & refreshments
• 5:45pm - 6:15pm - Presentation from Rewild Agency and Climate Zero
• 6:15pm - 6:45pm - Q&A discussion with Yvonne Barrett (Responsible Business Consultants)
• 6:45pm - 7:00pm - Networking, questions and event close

Please note, this event will be facilitated by Abbie Freestone, a B Consultant and Director of Rewild Agency. Rewild Agency itself is not yet a certified B Corp, but has submitted its BIA and is currently in the verification process.
