Designed for businesses that need scalable, all-inclusive workspaces, B:HIVE+ offers A-Grade office space, collaboration zones, and meeting pods with cutting-edge technology—all in a beautifully designed, light-filled environment.

From stunning kitchens to expansive indoor greenery, every detail has been thoughtfully created to enhance productivity and well-being.

This project is a family owned vision and landmark in workspace design but also a celebration of diversity and collaboration. Women have played key roles across all aspects of the project—from the client side to the consultant and contractor teams. This project reflects a fantastic team effort from the Smales Farm, Rucon (the contractor) and the consultant team. 

This event is a fantastic opportunity to hear from some of the talented professionals involved, including representatives from RDW, Jasmax, Mesh and Cuesko. 

Join us as we gain valuable insights into the significant upgrades made to the AIA House building and the teamwork that made this project a reality.

5:00pm – Site Tour to the B:Hive + building across the road

6:00pm – Networking, nibbles, and drinks at The Grange Bar & Bistro
