The newly launched B Local CT is thrilled to invite you to celebrate the potential for our state to be a leader in the Business as a Force for Good movement.

B Locals are place-based communities of people using business as a force for good. At the core of every B Local are Certified B Corporations — for-profit companies using the power of business to transform the global economy to benefit all people, communities, and the planet. Certified B Corps are certified by the nonprofit B Lab that meet the high standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. There are currently more than 5,600 Certified B Corps across the globe from 85 countries, across 158 industries. B Corps have one unifying goal: to redefine success in business.

B Local Connecticut is a collaborative group dedicated to using Business as a Force for Good. It aims to provide the resources and support for like-minded companies and organizations to make environmentally conscious, ethically minded, and socially responsible choices. It aims to create economic opportunities within Connecticut that will drive equitable and inclusive growth.
