What to Expect:

Holistic Health Focus: A comprehensive session that addresses both physical strength (combating inactivity and excess weight) and mental resilience (combating loneliness and stigma).
The B8TS Brotherhood: Following the workout, we transition into a brief, informal "Men's Circle" setting, creating a supportive environment for honest conversations and fellowship.
Targeted Support: Specifically designed for men and young people in underserved communities to build strong networks and break the silence around mental health.
