Join Br8ke The Silence (B8TS) for our popular Outdoor Workout Series! This is a free community initiative blending accessible physical fitness with essential mental wellbeing support for men and young people in East London.

This session is designed to promote mind, body, and community healing in a natural, supportive environment.

What to Expect:

Free Community Fitness: Accessible group workouts and runs tailored for all fitness levels, focusing on combating physical inactivity and stress.
The B8TS Brotherhood: Following the physical activity, we transition into a brief, informal "Men's Circle" setting for peer support, honest conversations, and crucial fellowship.
Zero Barrier to Entry: This session is completely free to ensure maximum accessibility for all men and young people in the community who need support.
