- What is the difference between burlesque, drag, and pole?
Drag uses costumes, makeup, and other tools to present exaggerated forms of gender expression to critique gender inequalities and imagine a transformational future where people are truly free in how they express themselves. (Hrc.org)
Burlesque is the art of the tease using the artistic removal of clothing as a form of body positivity and storytelling. Most burlesque performances require that performers cover up wearing pasties and underwear.

- Do I need to bring tips?
Tips are HIGHLY encouraged! Performers are paid by the event organizers but tips are collected and then shared among the performers to add to their payment. We recommend bringing $10-$20 in ones but you are also welcome to offer $5’s and beyond!
- What if I don’t want the performers to touch me?
We believe consent is not only mandatory but also goes both ways! We will provide stickers that will mark you as either a willing participant in the performances or as someone who would rather watch but not engage.
We also care deeply about our performers’ safety and require that guests do not reach out and grab performers to get their attention.
- Is this a 21+ event?
Yes! We will have a TAPS certified bartender in attendance to serve wine and beer for an extra cost.
