BABUSHKA: Exhibition Launch
Description
BABUSHKA is a project that celebrates the wonder that is the 'grandma' and what she can teach us about our capacity to embrace transient love.
BABUSHKA launches with an Exhibition: paintings, photographs, poetry, films, music and drinks.
Launch Party
October 18th, 6:00pm - 10:00pm
Explore the artworks with complimentary grandma-inspired drinks and treats in hand, listen to live ambient music while lounging in Babushka's living room, and enjoy the sun setting in Babushka's garden.
Open Gallery Day
October 19th, 11:00am - 3:00pm.
A quieter day to move through the gallery, indulge in the artworks, and bask in the sun of Babushka's garden. We encourage you to bring a loved one who perhaps isn't your typical Saturday playmate, especially your very own Babushka!
