Baby Basics workshops are held in a relaxed, safe and comfortable space.

You will learn about bobath baby care to help you get confident with your baby in the first weeks.
Learn how to encourage baby’s sensory and motor development during day-to-day tasks.

In the second part of the workshop you will get an introduction to breastfeeding and how it can be supported.
We will also discuss different methods of infant feeding.
There will be lots of time to ask any questions and to have an open conversation on topics that are of your interest.

The workshops will be in small groups with a maximum of 10 people.

Anyone who is expecting a baby or already has a baby is warmly invited to attend the workshops.

Everything is provided for you but please bring a beanbag or cushion to sit on.
We will be sitting and practising on the floor. If this is not possible for you please let me know and we can arrange other options

Practise with a special hand-made weighted demonstration doll or your own baby.

You are welcome to bring a person of trust with you.
