This free workshop runs across two consecutive Saturday mornings:

Attendance at both sessions is required.

Baby Makes 3 is a free, supportive group program for new parents, designed to help couples strengthen their relationship while adjusting to life with a baby. Over two relaxed weekly sessions, you’ll connect with other parents going through the same transition and gain practical tools you can use right away at home.

Workshops are catered - we provide the brunch; you provide the conversation and community.

Together we explore:

Communicating better when you’re tired, stressed or overwhelmed
Sharing the mental load and navigating changing roles
Managing conflict respectfully and staying connected
Supporting each other as parents and partners

We encourage both parents to come along and to bring your baby with you! We offer a safe and comfortable environment for all three of you.
