Baby Massage - Australian Breastfeeding Association

Come along for a FREE baby massage class.
A qualified baby massage instructor will join us to guide us through a beautiful massage.

What to bring:
A yoga mat
A towel (please be aware this may get massage oil on it)
Massage oil if you have an oil you would prefer to use on your baby (organic massage oil will be provided)

After the massage class we will share a hot drink and some morning tea. Please bring a plate to share if you can.
Older toddlers and children are welcome. they might like to bring a doll to massage themselves or some quiet toys to play with. (as this is not our regular venue we won't have access to our usual toys)

A qualified breastfeeding counsellor will be present to support you if you have any breastfeeding questions.
