Have you ever been to a yoga class and left with unanswered questions? And we’re not talking about

‘What is the meaning of life?’

‘Should I quit my job?’.

More like

‘Where should my feet be?’

‘Where should I look in this pose?’

‘Should I feel this in my glutes?’.

We’ve got you covered!

2 of your favourite facilitators from Infinite Co. are teaming up for the 1st time ever to deliver this Foundational Yoga workshop to answer your questions.

We want to give you the tools and information to help you feel confident practicing safely on the mat whether you’re in a studio, outside or in your home.

We’ll be covering yogic philosophy, breath, drishti (gaze) and alignment of asanas (postures).

Who is this for I hear you ask?

This workshop is for those who are at the beginning of their yoga journey and those who have been practicing for a while but wish to deepen their understanding. No previous experience is necessary as we will be focusing on the most common postures and basic philosophy of the practice. It’s perfect if you’re curious & want to learn while having some fun!

An extra lil TREAT for those attending

We’ll be gifting our own Back 2 Basics booklet covering each of the topics. You’ll be able to refer back to this during your own home practice or when that random thought pops into your head ‘Should my heels be aligned in warrior 2?’.

We can’t wait to bring this offering to you!

Please reach out to us on Instagram if you’ve got any questions, we’re happy to help!
