Are you a shift worker looking for a time to reset and recharge midweek?

Back In2Balance is a gentle time of specific Kinesiology practices, and a sound bath, to complete your re-balance.

Quiet your monkey mind, soften your stress and tightness, and bring flow to your weary spirit.

You may be transitioning into a different workplace, or season of life - let this be your Tuesday morning time to find your calm, flow and balance within the chaos.

What is included?

Lisa will guide you into your Back In2Balance with any if the following:

acupressure
journaling
contemplative and/or guided meditation
Crystal therapy
Essential oil therapy
Oracle card play
sound bath

You will be invited to lie on the floor (yoga mats, bolster, blankets included), or if you prefer, chairs are also available.

You don't need experience with Kinesiology, meditation or sound to feel the re-balancing effects of this gently powerful time together.

You will experience not only a physical reset, but a mind, emotions and spirit re-set and balance.

Maybe for the first time in ages, your mind, body and spirit will find each other - together in balance, in flow and in calm.
