Your facilitators

Kim Rooken-Smith is the founder of Breathsong by Kim. She is a certified breathwork facilitator who has worked in many high pressure environments over the past two decades. She designs both group and one-on-tone breathwork sessions for busy professionals looking to reduce tension and sustain peak performance. As a member of the intercountry adoptee network, Kim is also deeply passionate about somatic techniques to safely process emotions, trauma and loss.

Cecilia Wan is the founder of Yinosence. She is a qualified yoga instructor and soundbath practitioner. Her sessions are designed to release deep tension in the body, calm the nervouse system, and quiet the mind.

Karen Baldwin is a Canberra-based international medium. She is a renowned psychic, medium and healer who has clients all over the world. With warmth and compassion, Karen connects with spirit to provide comfort, clarity and reassurance to those who have experienced loss and who would be open to receiving comforting messages from beyond.
