Schedule:

10.00am: Arrival/Opening
Settle in, meet your facilitator and other participants.

10:15am: Guided Mindfulness Practice
Start with a grounding exercise to open your senses and prepare for a deeper connection.

10:45am: Silent Nature Exloration
Immerse yourself in nature’s embrace, guided only by your senses and intiution. Experience the freedom and clarity that silence brings.

11:10am: Intergration (art making and journaling)
Capture insights, emotions, and inspirations sparked by your time outdoors, creating a personal record of connection using art materials and journaling.

11:30am Sharing Circle (Optional)
Come together to reflect and share, if you feel called to, building community through the power of storytelling and listening.

11:50am: Closing of the workshop
