Join us for an evening of connection in a safe and nurturing space. Together, we’ll carve out a pause in the rush of life to slow down and reconnect with the magic found in the depths of your own essence.

In a time with so much outside noise, it’s easy to lose touch with your inner voice, purpose, and the gentle current of power that pulses beneath the surface of your skin. It’s time to get out of your head and into your body so you can realign with how you wish to show up in the world, embrace all that you are as a woman, and trust that you are enough.

You will be guided through subtle movement, gentle breath, sound, meditation, embodiment and connection practices, all designed to help anchor you into your body and unlock the wisdom it holds, so you can move forward on your true path.

Come and connect in circle with like minded women, learn more about your body, tap into your feminine current and access your radiance, confidence and magnetism.

All of you is welcome here, in all your realness and rawness, no matter where you are on your journey.

You will leave with tools and practices to help you regulate your nervous system, love your body, embrace your sensuality and live with a deeper connection to yourself and your body.

I’m all about women empowering and supporting women, so there will be a moment at the end of the evening to share what you do if you want If you want, incase someone here may be looking for exactly what you do or have to offer.

About the Facilitator:

Alexandra Sheild is a women’s embodiment mentor, trauma-informed holistic sex and intimacy coach, tantra practitioner, and breathwork facilitator dedicated to guiding women back to their bodies, sensuality, pleasure, and power.

As a heart-led facilitator, Alexandra creates strong, safe spaces for deep inner work, supporting every woman on her journey to reconnect with her body, reclaim her voice, liberate her sexuality, and unlock her natural radiance. Her approach is warm, compassionate, and straightforward, empowering women to embrace their unique path with clarity and confidence.

With years of experience, Alexandra brings a wealth of wisdom from her own healing journey and from working with hundreds of women worldwide. She has offered her guidance through 1:1 coaching, online programs, workshops, women’s circles, international online festivals, and transformative breathwork events.

She is also a passionate advocate for women who have experienced sexual abuse, believing deeply in what is possible when we choose to heal.
