Backyard Basecamp Presents Nutrition Classes with EFNEP

The University of Maryland Extension’s Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in partnership with Backyard Basecamp offers-6 week healthy lifestyle program for you! Free nutrition healthy lifestyle classes for families with young children. This is a 6wks course each class on the one before. Space is limited 

Every Wednesday evening from June 26- July 31st  6-7:30 pm

• Learn to make healthy food choices at the grocery store, restaurants, and at fast food places
•  Decrease your risk of diabetes & high blood pressure
•  Learn how to plan and prepare simple, delicious, nutritious snacks & meals for you and your family
•  Learn how to stretch your food dollars to last throughout the month

 Earn a University of Maryland Extension Certificate if you attend all classes!!!
