Come into remembrance of the inherent beauty and power of wild plant allies that thrive all around us. Not only are wild plants incredibly nutritious, more so than those in stores, but when we explore our native plants, we remember our unbreakable connection with the Earth. Embracing the wisdom of wild plants allows us to not only be sovereign over our wellness, but also that of our community, enabling us to become true stewards of the land.

Join us as we learn how to ethically harvest wild plants, best practices for engaging with plants, ID common plant allies, and get to taste and take home some foraged goodies!

What we'll engage in:

Explore our senses to help us ID plants (taste, touch, smell, sight)
How to ethically harvest wild plants
Brief cultural history, medicinal uses, nutritional information, and energetics of each of the plants
How to use and process your foraged bounty (recipes, medicines)

All you need to bring is a notebook for notetaking. A foraging bag (to take home) and scissors for harvesting will be provided.

Your Guide:
Tatiana - Tatiana is a Medicine Woman— an ecologist, herbalist, wildcrafter, and spiritual guide, among many other things. She believes in sharing her knowledge and the wisdom of the forest to bring us all back into the remembrance of our personal power to enact change in our lives, our communities, and beyond— that a deep sense of joy and self-love is not only our birthright but our responsibility for the collective healing of our communities and the planet.

Ecologist Says - In partnership with mother earth, we provide offerings of holistic teachings & curate plant medicines. All medicines are small-batch or made to order so that we can work with the energetics of each plant ally, at their pace, and devote ourselves fully to them with loving intention. In our teachings, we focus on bringing us all back into the remembrance of the interconnected nature of life, through heart-centered listening, wildcrafting, herbalism, and the ancestral wisdom of honoring all forms of life.
