This April Chrissie Davies from Chaos to Calm Consultancy will be our official child whisperer.

There’s no doubt about it, parenting gets a little bit tougher once our children learn that they can express themselves by throwing a tantrum.

There are some things we can do as parents that will help to reduce tantrums in intensity & frequency, but first it is really important to understand WHY kids have tantrums and also HOW to manage them positively.

During this workshop we will discuss:
Toddlers brains
Tantrums- what are they & why they are actually really important.
The best way to respond to tantrums
Calm down corner
Time in

Emotional regulation
Why consequences don’t work for toddlers
Touch on fussy eater's
