BADASSMUTHA is a Githabul, Migunberri-Yugumbeh, Gamilaroi woman, writing songs for soft ones, staunch ones, bubba ones, aunty ones and the mama ones. She’s a self proclaimed ‘Silly Goose’ and it only made sense that her Debut EP were to be called exactly that.

An eclectic body of work that gives you a glimpse into her world of poppy hooks, funky grooves, a bit of Reggae Dub love and some soul food feels. This long awaited Debut Ep is a culmination of side quests plucked straight from the brain of a BADASSMUTHA, with lyrics that are unfiltered and quirky asf.

The first single release ‘DIZZY’ took off out of this world, oozing pure pop and getting big love on Triple J, ABC Rage, Triple J Unearthed Songs Of The Week and 4ZZZ’s #2 Most Played Track. Following it up with her funky reggae Dub release ‘BUB’ which also received massive airtime on Triple J unearthed, FBI radio and landing #1 on 4ZZZ’s most played track. Each track really is its own energy whether it’s about giving into buying the least aesthetic shoe known with ‘CROCS’, or talking about early retirement in a sweet little interlude in ‘Soft girl summer’. BADASSMUTHA transports us into her world and wants people to embrace the ‘Silly Goose’ we’ve all got inside of us reminding us that we are all apart of this human experience together.
