Event description
Fridays are for badminton! Throughout semester we’ll have badminton running at lunchtime every Friday in the Sports Hall but this week we’re in the Refectory.
Whether you're a seasoned pro or a total beginner, everyone’s welcome so come on down, pick up a racquet and a shuttlecock and get playing!
The event is accessible through flat ground from UC Concourse, or through elevators from near car parks. ramps on the Northern end of the lawns. The UC Sport team is happy to work with you on the day to adapt play to suit your needs and comfort.
The Social Intensity Scale for this is 2/5 as you'll just need to talk to your opponent or doubles partner, plus UC Sport staff. However, you can limit this down or ramp this up as much as you'd like.
