BAE Systems Apprentice and Trainee Celebration Night 2026

Please join us on 4 December 2026 as we celebrate the achievements of our apprentices and trainees who have completed their training and are taking the next step in their careers as qualified tradespeople and skilled professionals.

The evening will include a three-course meal, presentation of certificates and leadership speeches, with time to celebrate and connect with colleagues. Together, we will recognise the contribution our apprentices and trainees make across our programs and functions, and acknowledge the education and training partners, industry stakeholders, people leaders, trade teams and Early Careers team who have supported their development.

This milestone reflects our shared commitment to building a skilled, diverse and sustainable workforce that strengthens Australia’s sovereign defence capability.
