Fun Jewellery Making with Polymer Clay
Event description
This workshop is for anyone who enjoys creating with their hands and would like to make their own earrings or necklace pendants using polymer clay. Suitable for most ages (recommend over 8 years-old). Note: all children must be supervised by an adult as we will be using sharp tools.
Polymer clay is a versatile type of hardening clay that cures when baked. From small subtle studs to large colourful dangles or a statement necklace pendant, this workshop will suit all fashion styles.
*Clip-on earrings available for those who don't have their ears pierced.
You can create intricate 3D pieces, such as a flowers, as well as fun simple shapes and anything in between. You will create a number of unique pieces to wear yourself or gift to someone special.
All tools and materials provided.
The workshop begins with a demonstration of basic techniques, followed by a morning of making jewellery under Heidi’s guidance, the jewellery will bake over the lunch break, and the afternoon is for finishing off pieces ready to wear.
Coffee and tea provided. BYO lunch or buy from local outlets.
