Hike 8km along the coastline as the Spring Equinox marks a rare moment of perfect balance between day and night. With the scent of wildflowers in the air and the ocean’s rhythm beside you, this walk invites you to ground yourself, release the old, and step into a season of growth. Celebrate harmony, renewal, and the beauty of blooming - both in nature and within yourself.
On this hike, we’ll embrace the equilibrium of the equinox - grounding ourselves in the earth beneath our feet while opening to the possibilities ahead. Let the fresh spring air awaken your senses, the ocean’s rhythm steady your mind, and the beauty of nature inspire you to bloom in your own way.
Midway through the walk, we’ll pause for a hot chocolate and a 10-minute mood meditation, holding space for quiet reflection and intention-setting beneath the dark sky.
This is a hike for those craving stillness, spaciousness, and soulful connection.

WHAT TO WEAR:
- A good pair of walking shoes is necessary, which could be hiking shoes or boots. Jogging runners are okay for this trip!
- Backpack to carry drink bottle and snacks

This walk is NOT suitable for children under 10, or babies in carriers. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
