 Ash from Akuna Flow invites you to join him for an immersive evening of deep restoration through the powerful combination of conscious connected breathwork and Sound healing.

Conscious Connected breathwork will gently open pathways for release, clarity and emotional balance, while the soothing resonance of sound healing will create a sonic landscape for healing.

This experience invites you to –

Whether you’re new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, this session offers a safe, nurturing space to realign your body, mind and spirit.

What to expect –

Conscious Connected Breathwork including sound healing incorporating Shamanic Drumming, Crystal Bowls, Himalayan Bowls, Gong, Rav Drum and channeled vocals as well as other instruments and sound healing tools.

Ashley will guide you on journey within and allowing you to take the time to stop and re-charge.
