Ash from Akuna Flow invites you to an immersive evening of deep restoration, weaving together the power of Conscious Connected Breathwork and the soothing resonance of Sound Healing.
Breath opens pathways for release, clarity and emotional balance, while sound creates a healing sonic landscape that guides you into states of deep rest and renewal.
This experience invites you to
- Reset your nervous system through conscious breath
- Drop into deep relaxation with sound frequencies
- Release stagnant energy and welcome renewal
- Connect with inner stillness and expand awareness
Whether you are new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, this session offers a safe, nurturing space to realign body, mind and spirit.

A guided journey of Conscious Connected Breathwork held within a rich landscape of
- Shamanic Drumming
- Crystal & Himalayan Bowls
- Gong & Rav Drum
- Channeled vocals and throat singing
- Other sound healing instruments
Ash will support you in journeying within, creating space for deep rest, release and recharging.
