Hi, my name is Jose Toussaint. I am a registered Touch For Health Teacher and a registered BrainGym consultant and instructor. I work from a home office/clinic, but since Covid-19 my business has also diversified to online platforms. Due to Covid-19, many people feel motivated to start a business for themselves or have in fact started a business as a sole trader or small company. Lockdowns and travel restrictions limit real face-to-face interaction - the glue that binds good business relationships. This brings new challenges - reaching out to potential clients, customers and colleagues is now best achieved via video calls, video conferencing, online workshops, tutorials, podcasts and more through Facebook, Zoom, YouTube, Instagram and other platforms. Speaking live to an online audience of strangers - and delivering a sales pitch, product launch or promo - can be a very daunting and scary task. Many skills and traits include public speaking, body language, confidence, etc. Using online skills is just another way of doing business. A 12-week workshop is offered for Sole Traders in particular but of course, anyone who is interested in improving their professional business or personal business is welcome. Let's give YOUR business and brain some good vibes. Let's move forward, create positive attitudes around your business and personal life. This series of Balancing your Business is a total of 12 weeks. You will take away easy used self-help tools you can apply in your business and personal life. There are several options on offer...
