Event description

Stress.  It's part of life, something we all experience at one time or another.  Sometimes it motivates us, inspires us or pushes us outside of our comfort zones.  At other times, particularly when it has gone unchecked, it can overwhelm us.  The Rabbit Hole of unprocessed stress or consistent anxiety is a dark and difficult place.
