Balga sculpture launch
Understory Art & Nature Trail
Northcliffe WA, Australia
Description
We'd like to welcome you to the launch of Sharyn Egan's balga sculpture along the Understory Art & Nature Trail in Northcliffe. The sculpture was created with students from 6 schools across the Southern Forests & valleys region through the Boodja Ni project during 2024.
Artist Sharyn Egan will travel down from Perth for the event, with local Pibulmen Elder, Aunty Suzanne Kelly, providing a Welcome to Country.
Join us afterwards for afternoon tea and help us celebrate vibrant Noongar culture in our region.
