BALI YOGA AND WELLNESS RETREAT

In May I will be taking a wonderful group of people to Bali where we will spend a whole week on the sun-soaked island, filling our days with adventure.

This may be a bit different to retreats you have seen or attended before – along with morning yoga, Pilates and movement, you’ll spend your days snorkelling with manta rays, enjoying boat trips, catching some waves during surf lessons, or simply relaxing at the beach with new friends.

We will dive deep into breathwork, sound healing, and grounding practices that will leave you feeling connected and elevated.
