Back for 2021 by popular demand.
We invite you to bring your beloved pups to see Father Christmas in our Santa Paws Pet Grotto. Your pets will enjoy a visit to Father Christmas, receive a Christmas treat and have their photo taken.
This is sure to be a popular event, so bookings are essential to secure your spot to meet Santa!
Your photo with Santa will take place just inside our Lichfield St entrance (43 Lichfield St. Please wait outside with your furry friend and our team will pop out and invite you in when it's your turn.
Please be aware that each day has different available times, and a $20 registration fee applies to each session (including a booking fee of $1.49)*.
*The fee is per family and includes a photo sleeve framed 5 x 7 portrait photo and digital downloads.
Bookings are non-refundable but time slots may be changed with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Change in times are strictly dependent on availability.
Please note that you will need to arrive 5 minutes before your booked time, and while every effort will be made to accommodate a late arrival, you may lose your booking.
We have designed Santa's Grotto with the wellbeing of our guests and Santa in mind. Guests to the grotto 12 years + will be required to bring and wear face masks or other appropriate face coverings.
