Each month we will explore a new topic about Ballarat’s history. You’ll have the chance to view materials from Ballarat Libraries Heritage Collection, including photos and ephemera. Come along and share your knowledge or learn something new about our wonderful city and its surrounds.

They map the lives of generations, can help to find businesses which once flourished and offer insight into social changes. Come along to have a look at some of the directories in our Heritage Collection and learn how they can help in family and local history research or can simply be enjoyed as a fascinating record of the past.
