Calling all Ballarat history buffs and enthusiasts! Join us to delve into the stories of Ballarat’s past.
Each month we will explore a new topic about Ballarat’s history. You’ll have the chance to view materials from Ballarat Libraries Heritage Collection, including photos and ephemera. Come along and share your knowledge or learn something new about our wonderful city and its surrounds.
History chat is informal and relaxed.
We are excited to be taking Ballarat History Chat onto the tracks this month to Ballarat Tramway Museum. We will hear about the history of trams in Ballarat, see some of the old vehicles and have a ride on a tram. Even if you haven’t been to Ballarat History Chat before, feel free to come along and join us.
